A dark skinned man catches your view. His blotchy skin is heavily weathered
and abundant with small nicks and possibly bug bites or some sort. A strong
musky odor permeates from his person. Highly disheveled, his garments are
rag tag at best. Dirty, bearing no formal markings of any sort.

His gaze is very focused with a cold, lonely stare. Deeply hued green eyes
rarely blink behind his thick bushy brow. Freshly shaven, his dark, yet
shining bald head has several cuts from a recent grooming. His long braided
goatee is nearly motionless from the greasy muck that covers his armaments.

You can see that his body is fairly thin for even a human. Possibly quick on
his feet from his stature, noticing how finely toned his muscles are. Quite
lean, you note his physical fitness. With a last glance, you notice that
Selzar, a male human, is in perfect health.

Selzar is using:

Later that same day, I've hamstrung you again, then tried to chase and failed. I see a mage in town and go after him.
