Chapter 4

The Order was structured in such a way that each
member had his purpose. These were broken in four
groups:

The Weavers: Those whose mastery of necromantic or
dark magic made them the highest ranking members
of the cult as they were the closest to Death.

The Finders: Those like the man who visited Nazarates'
family. Shadowy, deceptive men who chart the stars to
find those born under the sphere of death and to plant
the "dark seed" within them. They are the recruiters
for the Order. They also handle all of the Order's
"business" with the outside world.

The Keepers: Sentries who protect the graveyard and
Sepulcher. Mindless but Orderly zealots who will
sacrifice their lives to protect the unholy relics
within the dark chamber.

The Hunters: Those who are trained to bring death's
embrace to the outside world. The Order makes it's
riches by killing for gold. Taking contracts to cull
indiscriminately and without remorse. The hunters are
almost always chaotic souls who train in the ways of
the assassin. They are close to death in ways that
none other can be. They are Death's blade, death's
vengeful right arm.

Nazarates was trained as a Hunter, having already
shown an affinity for it by drowning his cousin. He
took to these learnings quickly and by the time he was
nearing adulthood he was sent out to the mainlands to
collect bounties for his brothers.
