#35957, "Leadership in real life is different from cf"

As a leader in real life, you don't put up with the childish crap you have to on cf.
You don't get people you've never met from competitors calling you up and saying "You took business off my brother. I'm going to run your employees over in my car, repeatedly, until they're all dead and you quit." You don't turn up to work every day to find people complaining that your office is overpowered because you have a secretary and they don't. Not every employee starts screaming about "injustice" when disciplined.
I mean, there are similarities, but the average level of maturity in cf vs the average level of maturity in real life makes cf leadership a different experience.
