So help me, if I see one more post by Team Evil or Team Good on this subject, I'm going to freakin' lose it...Drop the 'team' mentalitys folks. Play what you want to play, not the 'side' that's up, not the 'side' that is down. Play what you want to play.

I don't think using those terms necessarily implies one's character choice was based on who was in power. It's not often that I use them, but when I do it's usually in reference to "Team Good" since good-aligned characters frequently cooperate. So, in a sense, they're all one team regardless of each player's reasons for choosing to play a good-aligned character.


Why some of you feel the urge to delete after one crappy death is beyond me.

Frustration at having done something stupid is a big part, then so is gear. Yes, gear comes and goes, but often over long periods of time. During the interim, for classes whose strength is gear-related moreso than some others, it sort of sucks.

Part of being a skilled pk'er is accepting your losses and learning from them.

For what it's worth, it's possile to learn from a loss and still delete.

Stop bitching about CF flux, it happens, enjoy the challange when the side your character is on is down. Look for new challenges when the side your character is on is up.

Yes, flux will always happen. No, it's not the end of the world. But, might it be the case that CF would be more enjoyable if the flux wasn't so extreme? I'm not sure of the answer...but it might be something to ponder.
