please atleast read the post.
It's not about keeping your nice gear, if you die you should lose all your good ####. It's more of an asshole-restriction.
Hey I just killed this guy with a practice sword, and food and water.
Ahh, what the hell, I'll get all corpse, drop all, sac 1. (repeat).
This wouldn't be nearly as enticing if you were going to be lagged while getting all this guys food.

If you die in a fight, even with the lag on pvp looting, your good #### would be gone. Exception being, that all you are wearing is good ####. Nothing will stop the three people who killed you from getting all your hell gear, but it might make them think about not sac-looting your food and earthen gear.
