You are afflicted with ADD, and therefore lose concentration more often than most.
This flaw will make your chance to lose concentration on a failed spell/commune increase, up to and including at 100% in the spell/commune. This flaw also will not allow you to gain from studying your foes in combat as your mind moves on from what you've learned quickly. STSF for warriors, owaza/martial trance for assassins, timed attack for hunter rangers all function in a nerfed capacity.
However, having this flaw is also akin to having the Unpredictable edge.
