I had far more rewards than I could have hoped for; the moments that really made it for me were little things like Lyr popping out of the woodwork to congratulate or mock me, Twist threatening to bash me because I felt the need to bathe after talking to him, the purr echoes, and hearing things I had said over cabaltalk come out of my mouth again a few days later as tattoo-progs. Those progs might have been pure coincidence, but it made me feel like I was part of Carrion Fields and not merely "a walking shadow/a poor player who struts and frets his hour upon the stage/and is heard no more."

There were times when I played dumb when interacting with mortals whom I didn't know well because I thought they might be an alt, a spy, or someone who might prove to be an enemy me later. I lied often with this character, but I won't deny over the last few years I have spent far more time roleplaying and regearing than exploring areas, cataloging gear, and putting notches in my belt.

At the time of creation I was struggling for a character who might still be considered good/Light but be enough of an abomination to feel driven from his previous way of life toward a life opposed to the use of magic. Before Baer forbade him from cutting himself, I did have some fun watching other characters struggle with this elf who had serious issues.

It was a great tattoo for Xin; the risks fit Xin's self-mutilatory behavior and the chaos theme so strongly associated with Outlander. That alone might be enough for one of the Sunny branch to look to you, but the location of your temple and your jaguars make the mesh almost perfect, and your roleplay in our moments together were superb.
