Chapter 11

The Veil separates the world from the Aether which beyond ones sight and
comprehension. In its power, it holds back denizens from all sorts of planes
and imprisons the power of the cosmos which is known as magic. True arcane
power filters through the veil and graces mortals, yet never truly enough to
break the seals upon the other planes. And the cycles of nature seek to keep
the veil in check, and keep mortals too weak to challenge such.

For every soul has magical essence within them, be it from a dim spark to a
raging inferno. And when one dies, the veil attempts to put that essence back
into a new soul. Some believe that it is the true cycle of life, yet it is a
perversion to prevent any soul from gaining power.

Aubrasz sees this now as the truth of the world, and Weh's place within it.
Only in Weh shall one become powerful enough to truly destroy the veil which
keeps so much from this world. Instead of allowing the essence and power to
return to the cycle of life, he seeks to devower such. In this Weh he shall
become powerful enough to shatter the worlds and veils.
