Being on the lam is cool guy: Knowing that being on the run from the law is the very essence of all that is cool, this guy receives a permanent bonus to his moral for maintaining his criminal status. Bonuses for mainting it a long time.

#### the police guy: This guy hates the police and all they represent (haters). He gets off on killing guards, tribunals, and people in protected cities. Moral bonuses for above (small/short for low level guards, medium/short for high level, long/medium for joe citizen, and long/big for johnny law.)

Sneaky/shady/cowardly criminal guy: Bonuses for escaping guards (fleeing). Mutually exclusive with #### the police guy.
