Gaspare and villagers

Above many others, Zqoemoa was aiming to take down Gaspare the lich.
And while he was able to withstand the undead armies and take down
Gaspare in direct battle, he was having trouble keeping Gaspare from
retreating and coming back, refreshed. That is why he has devised a
plan to form an alliance with the village inhabitants, utilizing
their unique battle prowess to end Gaspare's unlife.

OOC: Until Zqoemoa has Gaspare dead, he's not attacking villagers,
which may look like an alliance of sorts, but in fact it's not.
