Give paladins wrath a longer commune time or a higher mana cost. Maybe then we might get a paladin that's not an avenger that might do something other than co wrath; co wrath; co wrath.

If a Paladin wishes to do nothing but spam wrath and that works against you, I feel bad for you son.

I just don't see the evidence that wrath is a game balance concern and that's the only reason I would make it objectively better or worse.
