Make a new edge that would make it possible to identify/lore items on mobs (and why not on pc's as well) without killing them. This would make exploration so much more fun and finding out some decent gear as a newbie overall easier. Maybe you'd need to be a hero to get this?

I agree that learning how to adequately equip oneself should be easier for new(er) players, however I think this would be a massive over-correction in that regard.

You may or may not see something that addresses this concern next year depending on how priorities and the opinions of the rest of the staff shake out.

Sometimes when new mobs get added to the game or I come across one that I haven't seen before, I'd like to explore their equipment without requesting all of their things to identify them. Can something be done to address that issue? Like, if you can request an item from them, maybe allow the mob to offer some basic information about it?
