Leave the rewards to the liches who go out there and harvest their own phylacteries by making ritual of Abominations only work for kills the lich does. No more harvesting others kills while you hide.

1. not your kill phylacteries are not that good as you think and they probably useful only during login when you get them(it's not like you always need this kind of phylactery during login), sometimes part of another login. I usualy do not bother much with them.

2. About 85% of phylacteries lichs use are their own kills.

3. This change in general won't change anything in the way currient liches played. Except you tweaken them in period after they got killed full looted, so you just get more conservative play.

4. You lose excelent opportunity to catch lich unprepped. If I remember right Twist with his outlander elf warrior ganged Satebos when satebos came to get not his kill phylactery.
