#627, "a new type of role contest"


          

While it has kind of faded as an idea I think it would be interesting for cf to see some unique race/class combinations every now and then. The role contest could be only for characters under level 10 and the reward would be to have the race changed. I can only imagine seeing some dwarven bards or wood-elf assassins.

I think a contest like this could give some people the opportunity to play roles they have been dreaming about since they started the game. Orc shapeshifter ftw!

I believe this has been brought up before in the past, and my take on it is that I'm not going to reward someone with a unique race/class combo because they can write a good story. The people who have ended up with those sorts of rewards earned them through consistent and solid roleplay for an extended period of time.
