Part of being a good little transmuter is keeping appropiate spells up without needing to be asked. It's impossible with this one though, since it has a variable duration and wears off invisibly.

It does have an echo when wearing off. I assume you're talking about when it wears off of someone else, and that really doesn't make sense for this spell.
