Premium Battlefield: PBFs, both old and new, are published on the main website
Bug Submissions: on the main website, click "Bug Board"
Code Changes: code changes (not bug fixes) are documented on Discord

Provost Magistrate : ---
Provincial Magistrate : ---
Provincial Magistrate : ---
Provincial Magistrate : ---

I offer:
Provost Magistrate : ---
Justicar : ---
Vindicator : ---
Provincial Magistrate : ---
Provincial Magistrate : ---

I offer not only change leaders command but change structure of Tribunal leaders. Perhaps 1 Provincial Magistrate instead of 2. But i'm sure Vindicator and Justicar should be Tribunal leaders.

Justiciars and Vindicators are not leaders, they do not have the power to induct. There is also the possibility that there can be multiple Vindicators or Justicars.
