As far as I understand the outlander cabal is
supposed to have three leaders, each overseeing
their own alignment.
Currently, nuetral Tjok is the only leader.
What are the non-neutral applicants supposed to do?
Who can/will handle their applications? To whom should
they direct their attention?
Does it depends on whether you are good or evil?

Evil and Good applicants may still speak with Tjok or other Outlanders, who will often write notes on behalf of those they would like to see in the cabal.

You may also feel free to try praying to "The Ancients of the Sun" or the "Ancients of Darkness" or whatnot, to get our attention. If choosing to do this, the same rules apply as if praying to a deity - choose an appropriate IC location, etc.
