Would Shokai be the only patron diety to the Warlocks? Or do several have limited oversight? As in recomendations or review of members and potential members.

Illraeth and Savreath are the Warlock Imms. Though they may correct me on this, I think only the mortal leaders induct. You can get recommendations from other mortal warlocks if you'd like, but that isn't required.

I had a transmuter that was inducted by the twins and I was told by them I was the only one. The character grew stale. Havent played it in weeks and its probably gone.

But they did induct one.
