Shouldn't warriors who pick this legacy be able to use wands effectively from their inventory as they would eating/quaffing pills/potions? What of felar warriors who pick this legacy? Won't they be at a disadvantage? Some tweaks were done for APs, can this be extended for warriors with this legacy too?
Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps they already can.
Some thoughts, welcome feedback.

Or whip/polearm/enigma warriors? Imagine if you will, being stunned/choked out. Cursed, slowed, etc, then being cutoff from fleeing whilst getting your ass pummeled. Sounds a lot like no fun to me.

They cant even zap well. Two thirds of the zaps fizzle. Would be nice if enigma warriors could improve through wand usage.
But the main advantage of this legacy is actually easy escape (quaff return) in combat. Though ability to slow opponents in combat should not be discounted either.
In short it is nice to have legacy but very situational.
