#8278, "Human, half-elf and half-drow anti-paladin customizing."
|
For certain AP skills and abilities, it's clearly strongly influenced or even on an ability score for that skill's success. To make anti-paladins even more customizable and fun, I propose that you allow humans, half-elves and half-drow anti-paladins to choose their prime stat.
Currently, most of the anti-paladins played do not fall into one of these three races and this would give more of an incentive for players to choose these races. I don't think it's too imbalancing to ask for this amount of flexibility given that these three races aren't at all popular right now for the anti-paladin class.
What do you think?

I know this is already available to human warriors. I thought that as soon as they did this for warriors that this should be available to all human/half-elf/half-drow classes. I can see how this would create a large influx of these races, but isn't human suppose to be the most prevalent race in CF (I thought it was at least)?
I mean I would not care if a thief is running around with 23 str, a paladin with 23 dex (other than elf), ap with 23 int. I think while yes this does make humans potentially more powerful, but I do not think it would really tip things to far game balance wise.

It didn't really excite me and I don't think just because it's done for warriors it should be all over the place. Half-breeds are already a pretty nice choice over full breed elves in enough circumstances, and should really be less common than both full bred parents, that I wile away a few minutes here and there trying to think of ways to make their lives more miserable as it is.
