Does this also apply to neutral & evil mobs?

If not, shouldn't it? This assumes the reason for the fix was to prevent the "everybody logs on after a crash to get gear" phenomenon.

Neutral and evil mobs get killed all the time to repop equipment. People who can request (good aligned PCs) can't, or shouldn't, be killing things that have stuff they can request (good-aligned mobs) to repop it.

Specifically I was thinking of mobs that people usually don't kill unless they know there will be a payoff. Empress, Blademaster, few others. Also, mobs that usually only get disarmed instead of actually killed. Someone who was of sufficient rank to disarm (but not kill) the mob might log on after a crash just to see if it's wielding.

There are relatively few situations where this applies, though, so it's not a big deal.

It was specific to the mechanics of the request command.
