Do it include things the mob holds on to. Like keys and potions?

It would make sense, atleast for keys.

The delay is long enough that I don't think it's a big factor.

It does make such items more available, but that's intentional. We don't want item availability to be controlled by an OOC factor like code stability.

I've been thinking about this since the new code went in. A couple of the better preps are limitted and only obtainable by goods via request. Whenever the mud crashed, it was usually a race to get them. Does making the repop at some random time, make request less or more balanced? Could be either since the items are in more often, but for that very reason should max out faster.

But for keys? I can think of one special place where this would be immensly usefull.
