Powered by helloween shifter menace. Is flying up mid-fight affected by the same restrictions as flee command? I mean can you fail it or be cut-off by thug/polearm/STSF/trance/parting blow?
I'm just a little bit tired of seeing convulsing shifters fly up and can't hold it inside.

If you are building something specifically to kill air shifters, Giant warriors with a few preps thrown on do nicely since they will be 33% resistant to most shifters at the start, and entwine is str based. Throw in some maledictions to add lag to their shifting then some other lagging options to optimize this.

Fly isn't restricted by the same things, but there are things that work against it like parting blow type abilities. There are also a number of things that can greatly reduce the chance of it working and greatly increase the amount of movement it takes.
