If someone wanted to full loot someone, they would just quickly begin typing take 1. corpse, it would ultimately lead to the same thing unless the person's pit was right next to them.
On that note, I don't think anyone has a problem with dying. Nor do people have a problem with being looted. Most don't even have a problem with being left naked though its still kinda crappy that people take stuff they don't need.
However, its when people kill you and/or full loot you repeatedly in a short amount of time that get people angry and frustrated. Now how common that is in the actual game? i don't know but I've been told from reliable sources that it is rare.

It wouldn't affect much to be sure, only knife edge or borderline situations.
