Please read throught the entire log. In the beginning I threw out a Bash and a couple rounds later my screen froze. I had tossed out a couple footstomps and they were in the buffer and when the scroll finally thawed, it shot past to where my character had wimpied. Later review showed that the foot stomps went through more or less where they should have even though I wasn't seeing this happen in real time.

I can't help but wonder why I get this in some fights but not others. But I had come to except it as some sort of data transfer traffic jam until I saw this....

Also I wasn't entering any commands, My character seemd to be attempting to execute things on it's own with things that weren't even there.

So I feel compelled to ask. Corrupt P-File or could there be something behind the notion that one player can some how "Jam" another players character?

1) I'm mostly certain that your issues with "Raul" is due to the fact that the PC elf ordered his mercenary to rescue him, which gives you a free round of attacks against the mercenary, killing it, and then CF is trying to set it so that you're attacking the mercenary (which now no longer exists). I would GUESS that at this point, CF couldn't figure out what to make you aim at, and picked the newest thing it could find, which I would guess would be Raul having logged in. It's rare these days, but I've seen similar bugs.

2) YEARS ago I used to have similar problems w/ lag, though I never knew what caused it and I always assumed was traffic issues. I could input commands, CF would get them, but the process back would be all jammed up and I'd get massive blocks at once. Usually this involved panicked running back to the entrance of the maus and hoping no repops or wandering zombies had occured along the way.

If, as you said, your commands were registered by the game at the time in which you sent them (that is to say, as if your screen were not frozen), then it all came whizzing by, then it sounds like a downloading issue.
