#39230, "osx client (JMC like)"
|
Dear CFers,
I just switched to osx and found out that I can't find any good and free tintin like graphic mud client for mac. If there is, can anyone help me find it? if not does anyone have any programming experience on osx cocoa development? I'll try to write a new client like jmc (tintin compatible and graphical) and could use some help for sure, if you would like to participate. Also I'm considering Qt as a replacement for Xcode, so it might be usable on any other platform too.

I may suggest GG Mud, or Mudwalker, neither are great but better than most the ones out there.

Only way I've heard of to get a current Mac to run it.

tintin++ is good, but console applications have the input editing problems. tintin++ like graphical application should be best. I might be able to add some more funny things to it too.

Rapscallion is not maintained anymore. command line modifying of world properties (like triggers and aliases) is really cool too, which is in tintin++ and JMC. I guess I'll make one like them, but based on cocoa, or Qt.
