Thinking this is design not bug so here and not there. I get not wanting items to immediately repop on a mob if the item's destroyed by tahren or put in the vault. Ok. But what's the thinking on making it as long as it is? Has it been considered recently? Might want to shorten that timer at least a little.

If the Item is destroyed by Tahren, or in the vault you have to wait for NCR. It's always been that way. The items are literally taken out of the game.

I'm going to assume you're not saying I'm cheating, but instead that someone could. The question though is why is that different from any weapon that is broken, any item that is sac'd, any armor that crumbles, or anything else? There's no difference, and all those come back right away when you kill the mob. Why the difference here? I'm sure there's a reason and it's cool but maybe it's too long?

I suspect that they sit in there and are treated kind of like another character being logged in.

Yeah, I wasn't accusing YOU.

It's to slow down shifts in the veil and to make it less susceptible to farming.
