Is there any truth to the rumor that Races named in the Help files of the legacies get bonuses above and beyond what others do?
In other words if there were two characters with identical stats that applied to a legacy and one was mentioend as the founding race..would they get a benifit? It's been said to have been mentioned before bt I can't find any mention.
Thank you.

Not true; however, some legacies might key off factors besides stats that might bias in favor of such races.

Is it safe to say if a legacy used both intelligence and dexterity Arials And High/Drow would benefit the same then? Inherents and special abilities not withstanding?

how would one determine if sneak or something similarly oblique (as in your examples) would help with a given legacy?
