Do people still use these anymore?
Maybe you should be able to 'register for bounties' which will send ones of people in your range as a note. I love the idea of bounties, but after going a number of times and finding no bounties on anyone I can harm I eventually stopped checking.

For what it's worth, I poked at it for a few hours a while back and couldn't get the bug to repro. I can't remember if I ever told anyone that.
