- Owaza improved slightly and Martial Trance's reuse timer reduced a few ticks. - Wights gain some HP upon Becoming. - Rapid Shot gives a chance for a third attack (I'm still not 100% sure this is the way I want to address hunters so I may yet revert it and go in another direction, but we'll try this out and see how it goes.) - Gust of Wind and Ancestral Spirit damage increased significantly. - Savage Blow success chance is now more on par with other similar skills (in other words, not nearly 100% in most conditions.) - Bramble Pit damage/malediction improved significantly. - Took a crack at reworking damage traps to count as PKs appropriately -- not guaranteed to be always correct yet. - The Painless flaw, Dirge of Solitude, and Bloodthirst consistently give a strong bonus to resist pain-themed abilities. Desensitize and Martial Trance consistently give a small bonus to resist pain-themed abilities. Most of this previously existed but several such abilities each forgot about one or two of the above affects. - Thrust, Pierce, Slice, Pugil, Elbow, Knee, and Pin improved slightly.

I was just thinking that this was woefully under-powered for a 2-round spell when I've used it recently (like today) and then I read you've increased the damage significantly -- makes me wonder how bad it was before.
Symbiosis also seems fairly weak for such a mana-intensive healing spell.

Is the success rate re: lag random now or does it depend on factors? How does it play out regarding hometerrain? Does it still lag constant number of rounds?

The base success chance is now a fraction of your skill rather than 100%. Otherwise it works as before.

No, it's a fraction of your skill as the success rate rather than 100% of your skill as a success rate.
So previously if you had 100% savage blow, barring a few rare circumstances, it would work 100% of the time. That's no longer the case. It's more on par with similar skills, which fail sometimes even at 100.
