Just some regular rebalancing type stuff, but here's a list of what I did for next crash/reboot.
-High strength dagger specs get a couple minor bonuses for stab, twist, and hurl affects/damage.
-concealed happens less if you're not dual wielding daggers (but its still good)
-There's circumstances where certain opening dagger attacks would not cause a yell by the victim. Now, if the opening attack misses, there will always be a yell by the victim.
I'll probably be tweaking some other things as discussions play out.

If you're wielding two daggers, concealed will be functioning how you currently know concealed to work. If you're wielding one dagger, it'll work less.
