Not a bug just an usual one.
I'm playing an Hunter Mariner and flaming arrow seems a bit odd to be able to use underwater:
As you pull your next arrow, you dip the head in a flask of oil, then set it ablaze!
At the risk of potentially nerfing myself could Hunter Mariners perhaps lose flaming arrow and get something else?
Some ideas: - Jellyfish toxin (paralyze) - Squid ink (blind) - explodes in a cloud on impact - Barbed arrow - bleeding makes most sense but it is kind of redundant with harpoon. Maybe it lowers str / dex or makes movement more taxing? Could be cool if it sticks in the other player (for -1 hours), but can be removed with a command (doing big dam and bleed upon removal) - Grappling arrow - has a very thin rope attached, perhaps makes fleeing harder?
Truthfully poison arrow doesn't make too much sense either, as you're dipping in a pot underwater, then firing it through the water but isn't as strange as flaming arrow.
