We all know the current IMPs are in favour of players who are into RP, and know how to treat the playerbase with honour and respect. It's these types of players who will have no issues finding friends to help with anything, such as orc chieftain attempts.

I'm not Ishuli but I bet you it is clearly by design that the orc chieftain process is supposed to be influenced by whether you have lots of friends to help you win an unfair fight. You're claiming the system is broken because it isn't a fair cage fight, but I'm pretty sure the system is working because it isn't a fair cage fight.
