There is not going to be any rate yourself type things on either
PK or RP. The object of this is going to be the randomness of it.
I would rather not set times and dates for people to meet up in
game as well. You all will see by the story line as it unfolds and
or players manipulate the story itself. There might be characters
that need to find another character by clues presented to them.
