Don't want to interact with him? Don't. Dont send him tells, greet him on CB or stay in the room when he arrives. Just pretend he doesnt exist.
No, you cant hang out at market square with him.
It's a more reasonable request that you avoid interacting with any imms if you don't like their rp than they just avoid interacting with anyone. Not all imms are elves and storm giants, there is evil in this mud.
I have never, ever seen an immortal force an interaction down somebodies throat that was set on not interacting. They don't want to waste their time if it isn't going to go to good use.
