To my knowledge, there is no in-game way of acquiring the skill (e.g., from a quest, piece of equipment, etc.).
Generally speaking, it's a Bad Ideaâ„¢ to overtly pursue or hang a lantern on a specific reward. For example, I groan every time I see a role plastered with capital-T "Temperance" as if to say, *wink wink nudge nudge*. Now, if your warrior with a role revolving around the slaying of dragons happened to win a role contest, I think dragon armor use would be a perfectly valid prize should the immortal running the contest think of that and decide its what they want to reward.
