#5283, "RE: Residents of Hamsah Mu'tazz"

1. Larger Inn (3x3 area) for black market, merc hiring, gambling, trading near along the edge of the center market or even outside. You know it already have these services but felt they were wrongly located. More like for sailors, traveling merchants and caravans to stop and refresh themselves.
2. Gypsies, fortune-telling kind of services. Unless that girl apothecary is supposed to be that. Theme-fit as gypies are traveling kind of merchants.
3. Waterhole for camel drinking on the outskirts towards the south gate. This is for those who are entering/leaving Hamsah to refresh their mounts. Of course adventures can drink there too. From point 1, maybe a makeshift Inn type before entering the city.
4. Scions got to move to somewhere more sinister. Their place is the most accessible. Perhaps put it further south near kireen place or red cliffs.
5. I don't know why Harem, slave gals keep coming to mind.
6. The north/south outskirts path end just like that. Design/purpose? maybe the north one can be a small dock or something linking to the open sea? The south one can be a Pirate place. Oh wait, there's the cove already. Maybe along that line or both linking together.
Off the top of my head. Not organized. Hope they help.
