Is it even possible to uninduct/remove leadership status from a character at any time, or do you have to wait until they log in to boot them?

Mayby doing the former somehow would help. Honestly, if a leader doesn't log-in for 2 or 3 weeks without a note stating he's going on vacation, he really should have it taken from him, ala Jaegrudai.
