It seems you're just one of those that wants things to be easier. I would assume you're one of those that would use anything as a villager that wasnt specifically magical, but is obviously so, like the dark crown of eldritch power that flaaaaaayin used.

An outlander shouldnt be using the Demonically Imbued Adamantite Staff of Nature's Destruction just because its transmuted into wood.

And a villager shouldnt be using the Arcane Helmet of Mage Worship, Forged in Magical Fire, just because it doesnt happen to be magic flagged.

Stop focusing on how to get around rp restrictions and actually, you know, not powergame.
