Okay, hopefully this post works out, couldn't find a log
formatter. Is there a link to one?

Anyway, as those of you who have interacted with me know, I'm
a brand spanking new-newbie. So this is my first death. I
don't see how it could have been avoided (other by not rolling
my eyes at Enemythief), but I'd still like to hear any advice.
I was trying to get to the Galadon Healer when the poison
finally took me down. Thanks!

The Edge of the Feanwyyn Weald
The trees of the Feanwyyn Weald grow sparsely this close to
the edge of the
forest, allowing small saplings and thick underbrush to thrive
here. Tall
pine trees tower high overhead, mingling with various gnarled
hardwoods as
two distinct regions of the forest form their boundary here.
Sunlight
dapples the floor of the forest, the shadows cast by the mix
of trees dancing
in a gentle breeze. The scent of the Feanwyyn Weald is
complex here: strong
pine mixed with old decay and rich new growth bathing you in a
heady scent.
Occasional rustling in the undergrowth betrays the presence of
forest
creatures, searching for sustenance among the leaves and
needles.

A Crumbling Road
An ancient, crumbling road graces the top of a slight rise
here, providing
you with an unobstructed view of the beautiful expanse of
forest that fills
the horizon to the west. Sunlight glinting off of water
catches your eye to
the southwest, where Voralia's Tears bends and snakes through
the trees,
ending its tireless journey in the embrace of a large swamp.
The terrain
wrinkles and folds to the northwest, forming a small, wooded
valley that ends
in a lonely outcropping of rock. To the west the road
descends into the
Feanwyyn Weald; to the east lie the stout walls and
battlements that guard
the city of Galadon.

The twisted corpse of Bystander2 lies within a pool of
its own vomit.
(Ghost) Bystander2 the gnome is here.
Enemythief the svirfnebli is here.
Bystander1 the storm giant is here.

Feanwyyn Weald
Gnarled oaks, maples and elms grow sparsely this close to
the edge of the
forest, their graceful branches diffusing the sunlight and
dappling the leaf
covered ground with an intricate dance of light and shadow.
The crooked
limbs of the trees creak and groan, stirred by the gentle
breeze that
occasionally caresses the forest. Small creatures forage
through the rich
loam of the forest floor, rustling and crackling the leaves
and sticks that
carpet the ground. The scent of the forest fills your
nostrils, both new
life and ancient death mixing into a heady, complex aroma that
is the essence
of the Feanwyyn Weald.

Western Outskirts of Galadon
Standing at the outskirts of Galadon, you can see the
enormous battlements of
the city to the east. Tall spires and towers rise high above
the wall,
glinting in the bright sun. The city stretches for miles to
the north and
south, one of the largest cities in the realm. The vast
Feanwyyn Weald lies
off to the west, away from the dirt trail. The forest extends
as far north
and south as you can see, truly an enormous forest. The old
dirt trail
continues around the edge of Galadon to the north and south.
