I like this one better, because it also explains the mob repops. However, it is not universally accepted, so you end up in weird situations when you have characters with roles that involve death. E.g. "Your parents were killed by mages?.. Did they get their revenge after they were ressurected?.. Oh they weren't - so how did they die the other 30 times?.. What, they died only once?? What kind of weird creatures were they?"
