You had three active characters in Battle, which at times you would log one off and log the other right on. It isn't against the rules but I personally don't care for it at all, and I think some other imms would agree with me. I also think some players would agree considering how overfull Battle was and subsequently closed. You definetly had some issues keeping the lines between those characters from blurring too. I would suggest you only play 1 char per cabal, it lets you work on your RP and keep everything straight. Try not to be a douche on the newbie channel. If I see someone being a jackanapes on the newbie channel I'm not going to be predisposed towards liking the character and wanting to go out of my way to reward them later. Same with the 3 chars in one cabal thing. If I saw you booted I'd probably be like...well, he still has two in so, eh. Also consider just logging off if you think you're going to lose your temper. If I see someone getting upset and dropping their RP it again makes me not want to help out or reward that character. Maybe the person who booted you was wrong (I'm not saying one way or the other, just giving advice), but if you deal with it by swearing and screaming it isn't going to matter.
