Chapter 2

Surin's life of deception and aversion has grown to
fruitition. His way of life has been noticed by the Gods
and his body has been tattooed by the Gaping Maw of the
Lord of Deception, the Imp, Lyristeon.

Every deceptive thought and act, thought up by the calculating
mind of Surin has been successful. Everyone he betrayed never knew it.
He has become a priest by just leading his life as his natural
instincts and his heart had let him, slaughtering all of
the Empire soldiers who crossed his path and into his woods.
He has betrayed them, lied to them, killed them, robbed them, all
to prevent them from spreading the cage that they have built for themselves.

They have all known the Spider, as some call him, and few
have lived an encounter with his savagery and cunning.
