RE: Author discretion. There are a few items and pieces of equipment like this in the game. It provides a few interesting aspects - from difficulty in handling them, to making them appear as a stack when on the ground. I'm okay with that, and in the few spots I see it - I'm going with author's discretion for now. BUT of course I'll chat around and see if there is a consensus to do otherwise.
