RE: Mongooses dodging of special skills.
Is it by design or bug that when a mongoose dodges artery, it is a two round lag, while artery the skill is just one round lag. This goes both ways, where pincer would have an advantage, as would flurry, and other longer than 2 round lag skills. Just wondering.
