Do 99% skills stay 99% when you berserk?

Do you deny the existance of percentage thresholds @80 @90 @100?

Do you fear an assassin with 75% assassinate as much as an assassin with 100% assassinate?

PS: the answer to all three of these is "no".

(on 3), the code must be rounding off or something.. there is a definate increase in damage when you hit weaponskill 90%.

"people who are constantly kicking ass and taking names", are probably too lazy to put in the arduous time practicing.. and probably use preps as a crutch. What can you say about the guy who uses preps liberally, and maximizes skills? He kicks a lot of ass? Yea..
