If making it to hero is your goal, play a support class and make friends. Do this two more times and you'll be leading the groups against skeletons.
If getting 100 PKs is your goal, I can't help you.
If finding sleeks is your goal, roll up an O/G Conjie, go Scribe and have friends show you around.
It's hard to give specific advice without knowing what you want out of the game.
