If you don't type extremely fast, it might be a good idea to have some kind of client setup that gives you at least minimal aliases or hotkeys. I think a lot of people can offer you advice on how to do that, and it mostly only accounts for your PK success/failure, so I'll leave that piece for someone else to cover.

Without knowing more it's hard for me to give you advice, so let's dig down a little bit. Of the things you haven't done, what would you like to try to do next? Hero a character? Get into one of the other cabals? Something else? Pick one thing for starters and we'll figure out how to get there and if you're doing anything wrong.
