Chapter 1

Philosophically, Ahjevhil grew up under the impression that life itself is a
precious thing. He learned this concept from an early age when he had to
begin processing the death of his family. Ahjevhil grew up a part of a small
town off the beaten path but near Arkham. Mostly it was made up of farmers
and traders. There was an inn that the locals gathered to swap tales and have
conversation, but it wasn't overly frequented by 'out of towners'.

When strangers came by, the town usually embraced them with open arms and
invited them to things such as dinner, drinks, general revelry. It just so
happened that the townspeople opened their homes and hearths to a Necromancer
and regretted it. They didn't know much about magic or big city mageries.
They were farmers and craftsman very cut off from the rest of the world. They
knew things were wrong after people started missing, and eventually they ran
the laughing Necromancer off. But not before the true damage was done. People
started getting very sick, people started dying. Ahjevhil was sent out on the
fastest horse to a local herbalist, but by then it was too late. Ahjevhil
returned to his home two days later and his family was dead. He left the
ghost town with the herbalist.

The herbalist took Ahjevhil in, taught him the basics of living wild and
foraging. Ahjevhil learned how to make basic poultices, learned things about
anatomy and how to tie a bandage. He lived with this herbalist for a few
years, but he felt very empty. It just so happened that the herbalist sensed
Ahjevhil's discontent and realized this wasn't his place. He had a friend in
Arkham who took Ahjevhil in, this friend was a trader with ties to the
various guilds of Arkham. As it would turn out, Ajhevhil was given over basic
duties of running deliveries for the trader. He visited various guilds and
was particularly fascinated with various wall hangings of the assassins
guild. Pressure points, breaking points, the opposite of the healing anatomy
lessons he had learned from the herbalist.

He began to study in the assassins guild at that point, and he took to his
training very quickly. In fact, he had to leave Arkham by boat in the dead of
night after stabbing a necromancer in the throat and setting the city guard
to look for him for the local crime. At this point he was old enough to find
his way, and eventually he found his way was in Galadon to finish his
training. He particularly enjoys fighting against those who stand for the
opposite of promoting life and creation. His main enemies will be
necromancer, anti-paladins, and other creatures of destructive magic.
He will destroy the things which inhibit the creation of new life.
