Chapter 1

Zraerael Andlis Character Profile:

- Zraerael was raised by his mother, who was a doctor. His father, the
dark-elven side of him he has never met. Zraerael believes his mother was
raped and he is the result.

- Zraerael grew up as the 'nurse' so to speak in his mother's practice. He
learned much of mortal anatomy and developed a keen interest in the body.

- He began to grow more interested when patients would die. As much as this
made his mother depressed, he began to purposely sabotage surgeries and other
healing procedures to encourage death.

- He would often study corpses and in particular the brain, trying to
identify if the brain was responsible for consciousness or something greater.


- His mother began to suspect his actions before too long, and began to watch
him more closely. Perceptive, Zraerael noticed this and grew more cautious.

- Zraerael began to turn his attention to other things as his activities were
now limited at his home. He began studying the undead. He came to conclusions
that undeath is truly the 'natural' progression of life. He began to believe
that the truly superior find this path and that in time, all would progress
in such ways.

- Zraerael personality-wise is a pure psychopath. He is intelligent, cunning
and polite. He would just as rather manipulate another into doing what he
wishes as do it himself. Sometimes he will initiate actions that may not even
be in his best interest, merely to see the result of what occurs and study
it.

- He is fascinated with undeath and wishes to study all possibilities before
he decides on his own path. He believes his superiority will allow him to
succeed in this regard and wishes to study himself at that point and see how
he can begin study on how he could create an undead populace.

- He seeks to join the empire, the black sect's teachings hold such value.
The idea of creating an undead empire is a wonderful thought. Perhaps as
emperor he could make it so.
